2  Corinthians 9:6-8
“But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. 
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that he, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work.”

 

Dear Oasis of Hope Members,

We pray this letter finds you safe and in good health. We have not been in worship physically since March 8, 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

We are anxiously waiting to worship together again once we get the all clear from our Governor.  In preparation to us coming back together, there are several things that need to be addressed.  It is felt the church needs to be professionally cleaned in order to provide a clean, healthy and safe environment. It will cost the church several thousand dollars to get the church building a Professional Deep cleaning from a contracted company.  Here is where you can help. We are asking each member to give $100.00 towards the total cost. There are some members that have given to the “Cheerful Giver” campaign which was established to go towards renovating and maintenance of the church. Therefore, this letter is not directed to you, just please continue giving your $80 Cheerful Giver donation on every third Sunday of the month.

Please send your donation by Sunday, June 14, 2020 using any envelope or online giving, labeling it “Church Cleaning”. This cleaning must be completed before we can return back in person to worship together.
